General Class 1
Recommended for all students new to Iyengar yoga, or with imbalances and/or injuries. Excellent for pre- and post-natal women and for the student who prefers a milder class.
General Class 2
For those with previous Iyengar yoga experience, we offer expanded study of the poses. Head balance, shoulder stand variations, handstand, and backbends are taught.
Vinyasa*
Join us for poses in flow with music. Sun salutations and much more. A fun challenge!
Not suitable for students with wrist or hand issues.
Gentle Healing Class* with Stephanie Streff
All levels of experience welcome for this slower paced, yet invigorating class. Designed to help those facing physical challenges improve flexibility, circulation, balance and confidence.
Advanced Class/Level 3 Class*
Student must have a strong regular practice and be able to do a 5 minute Sirsasana (Headstand) and push up in Urdhva Dhanurasana (Upward Bow) unassisted. Not recommended for those with injuries.
Teacher Training
Be empowered by knowledge and gain confidence to make appropriate adjustments. Learn to be clear with your voice, using language as a tool. Cultivate an eye to see your students with awareness in order to promote healing and proper alignment.
Restorative/Pranayama (class is for all student levels)
This restful style of yoga asana class will teach you poses that can help you relax, renew your energy and strengthen your spirit. Come learn the joys of Pranayama breathing techniques. Offered twice monthly.
